Delivery is £25 per orders upto £350 to mainland UK.Except these postcodes KW,IV,PA,AB where the delivery charge is £35.
All larger items are delivered by a specialist 2 man team
You will be contacted by the delivery firm to arrange delivery and given an approximate time slot.
The delivery team will try to place the furniture in a room of your choice health and safety and access permitting.
Small items will be delivered by Parcel force who deliver Monday - Friday unfortunatlely they are unable to give a delivey time.

Credit Card Security A shopper visits an e-commerce website and browses the products/services.
When the shopper has chosen the products/services that they would like to buy, they add them to their shopping basket.
The shopper then proceeds to the merchants checkout with their shopping basket. This generates a summary description of the purchase that is sent to WorldPay for payment processing. This submission is often referred to as the "purchase token".
The shopper is redirected to WorldPays secure server where they are presented with a series of payment pages, enabling them to choose their payment method and enter their payment details.
WorldPay records the shoppers payment details against the details submitted in the purchase token, to produce a transaction.
WorldPay forwards the transaction details to the card issuer for authentication. The issuer returns an authorised or declined response to WorldPay and a payment response page is then displayed to the shopper.
If the transaction was successful, WorldPay will also send the shopper a confirmation email, confirming the transaction details.
Shopper Transaction Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

Upon delivery please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery
paperwork of any damage or defect and contact us on 01934 425050
If you decide to return any non-faulty goods at any time after delivery
You will be refunded the costs of your goods
less the return delivery costs this can vary with size and location of the goods to be returned.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar.
Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected
and a charge of £35 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.
Any flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel their purchase for any reason they must do so, in writing by fax, e-mail or letter.
Orders cancelled once received into our warehouse will incur a 10% re-stocking charge.
Please note this does not apply to items of upholstery where there is a 50% cancellation/returns fee unless the order is cancelled within 7 days of placement.
For items that are specially commisioned or ordered in non standard sizes and/or colours we require full payment
when placing the order and these items can not be cancelled or returned.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
